iPhone apps I use daily

I am slightly addicted to my iPhone, and carry it everywhere with me. I use it now more than my netbook and Im always on the hunt for new apps to download and try.

I’ve made a short list of some of the main apps I use daily to keep up to speed with what is happening on social media sites and a few others to.

twitter iPhone apps I use dailyTwitter: I think I actually use twitter more to send sort messages than sending txt messaging. Its so quick and easy and you can set the app up to alert you when you receive a @ message or a DM message.

The strange thing is (and im sure im not alone) is I very rarely use it on my PC or netbook. For me personally it just feels better using it on a phone.

123 iPhone apps I use daily123-reg app: I can already here people saying “why on earth would you use that!” Well if you suddenly think of a niche market or simply want to check domain availability the app is perfect. A little slow though if you are not in a 3G area or connected to Wifi but never the less still a good app. You can select the domain extensions you would prefer searching for and check for offers too.

googlemobile iPhone apps I use dailyGoogle: This is the one I use without fail everyday, there is just so much you can do from one app. For sending content or documents to clients I always use Google doc’s which is very easy to manage from the app, as well as calendars and emails. Also if you haven’t guessed it by now it also has a search engine built into it (Really I hear you say!)

evernote iPhone apps I use dailyEvernote: The iPhone comes as standard with a “note” app but I tend to use the evernote more. Not only can you make notes and then email them to yourself, but it also comes with some other cool features. I particularly like the snap shot feature which allows you to take a photo of a document or what ever you like and save it as a note. This app also features a voice recorder which does have quite a good playback.

custom 1281331947167 dragon dictation iPhone apps I use dailyDragon Dictation: If like me you have to write a lot of content for sites this little app will help you speed up the process. This app allows you to speak into your iPhone and turns your speech into text. One thing that does bug me about this app is 1. You have to speak incredibly clearly otherwise it won’t understand what you’re saying. (Talk a bit like a posh news presenter, which seems to help.) 2. If you say a word it hasn’t heard quite clearly it just chucks in any random word which sounds familiar, which can get you into trouble : p. Never the less its still a great app and this

blog post was done using the app. So I am sorry if there are any random words or spelling mistakes in the post.

icon shazam iPhone apps I use daily

Shazam: This is a class app and I love it! It works every time I seem to use it perfectly and I have purchased many songs through the app from iTunes. I would love to know how it works as it pings back results pretty quickly.

facebook iPhone application iPhone apps I use dailyFacebook: Of course this had to be here. Very easy app to use to check up on what s happening in the world! With recent updates which allow you to control other business pages you may run as well.

NewMediaAge square iPhone apps I use dailyNMA: The New Media Age app is useful to keep up to speed with what is happening in the online marketing and advertising world. If im not using the app I am usually checking out the site when I have five minutes to spare.
